Warranty Service: Under normal use and maintenance conditions, if performance failure occurs due to material, workmanship, or manufacturing defects within the warranty period, Commercial Gate Shop provides repair, replacement, or compensation services. We do not accept charges for disassembly, installation, or transportation. Replaced parts remain the property of Commercial Gate Shop.

Exclusions: Except as explicitly stated or required by law or contract, any warranty service outside the scope of the warranty will incur additional charges.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for the product and its components is as specified in the contract. If the contract does not specify the warranty period, the warranty period begins from the date of shipment. The power cord, control box, door tracks, display panels, and other accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty, while the motor is covered by a 36-month warranty.

Repair: Product failures are primarily resolved through repair. If feasible, Commercial Gate Shop will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue via online, phone, or other remote assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the equipment can be sent to a Commercial Gate Shop service station for repair.

Replacement: Within 30 days from the date of purchase (inclusive), if the purchased product experiences a performance failure and the failure is confirmed by a Commercial Gate Shop after-sales service engineer as being caused by a product defect, the product can be replaced. If a replacement is chosen, Commercial Gate Shop will replace the product or part with the same model and specifications free of charge. If the same model and specifications are discontinued, we will provide a replacement product or part with no less than the original product’s performance.

Compensation: Within 30 days from the date of purchase (inclusive), if the purchased product experiences a performance failure and the failure is confirmed by a Commercial Gate Shop after-sales service engineer as being caused by a product defect, compensation can be chosen. If compensation is selected, Commercial Gate Shop will compensate up to 30% of the actual purchase price paid for the product.

Extended Warranty Service: After the agreed warranty period, if you wish to extend the warranty period, the cost for the first year of extended warranty is 10% of the total product price per year. The second year is 20% of the total product price, with a 10% increase in cost for each additional year (rounded up to the nearest year).
A clear, complete, and accurate sales contract is your proof of warranty entitlement. Please keep your fully completed sales contract (including product model and serial number) when purchasing the product. If the contract content does not match the actual product, is altered, or is unreadable, it will be deemed an invalid warranty certificate. If you cannot provide a valid warranty certificate, we may still offer warranty service, provided we can confirm that the product or parts are within the warranty scope, but this is not our obligation. When applying for warranty services, please follow the necessary procedures, including providing required information and following specific identification and problem resolution steps. Priming and other surface protection treatments.

Incorrect or delayed surface protection treatments.

Repairs performed by non-qualified individuals.

Use of non-Commercial Gate Shop parts without the manufacturer’s approval.

Removal or defacing of the product’s serial number or making it unidentifiable.

Limitation of Liability
In the event of a breach of contract or any other liability, Commercial Gate Shop’s liability for compensation is limited to direct losses, and we are not liable for the following:

Amounts exceeding the actual price paid for the purchased product.

Any costs and expenses related to obtaining replacement goods, technologies, services, or rights.

Logistics, express, freight, and insurance costs for returning defective products to the service station.

Costs related to disassembly, installation, or commissioning of defective products for repair.
General Terms
